Responsibilities:
- Develop project environment procedure and ensure its implement.
- Ensure all environmental management are compliant with environmental legislation and regulation.
- Assist the HSEM to apply for the Local authorities permit such as negative impact to environment, etc.
- Designing technology for pollution control and waste management.
- Collecting and analyzing environmental data, and send the ESG data to H.O.
- Carrying out site assessments to determine the environmental impact of commercial activity.
- Monitoring the subcontractor environment management and conduct regularly environment audit to Subcontractor.
- Improving environmental conservation management, including recycling, public health, and water and air pollution.
- Identifying critical research areas such as renewable energy, climate change, and food and water security.
- Preparing reports on their environmental investigative efforts.
- Consulting and advising policymakers on environmental best practices.
- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Требования: - Bachelor degree or above
- More than 3 years working experience in Russian projects
- Familiar with Russian petrochemical project management process and ISO 9001 quality management system
- With strong English communication skills
- Strong professional management and coordination skills,
- Strong stress resistance, able to withstand pressure at work,
- Good communication and cooperation skills
